Army Training Exercise ‘Chakravyuh-II’ came to an end on Tuesday. The training program was being conducted in the Suratgarh region of Rajasthan where senior officers of the Pivot corps on Indian Army witnessed the manoeuvres.

This fortnight-long operational training exercise was declared successful on its completion. The exercise was conducted by the pivot formation corpse of the Indian Army and it included mobilising and executing the plans in sync with the Air Force in the arid and harsh desert terrain of Rajasthan.
Army Training ExerciseLt Col Manish Ojha, the defence spokesperson who was present throughout the exercise said, “The exercise aimed to validate the battle readiness and operational effectiveness of the Pivot Formation and Rapid Division of the Army along with all its affiliated components. It has provided an opportunity to all commanders in planning and conducts of large scale operations an integrated theatre environment along with Air Force including fighter ground attack aircrafts, attack helicopters, unmanned aerial vehicles, remotely piloted vehicles and communication helicopters.”
