Additional Upgaradation

Further, a parallel taxi track has been planned for which the authorities have requested the state government for the acquisition of more land so as to improve the runway efficiency.

Flights Rescheduled

For the upgradation process, the runway will remain shut from March 1 to 24 from 10 am to 6 pm and again from March 24 to March 31 from 10 pm to 6 am. Accordingly, the flights have also been rescheduled.

Presently, only Terminal II of the Jaipur Airport serves as the platform for the operation of all 67 domestic and international flights. This had led to a lot of congestion which is expected to be resolved with the upgradation.
