The state government is planning to get three high rise buildings constructed nearby Sanganer airport as these are causing a security commotion. The UDH (Urban Development and Housing Department) fetched a proposal the district administration to get a hold on to these buildings. Both the departments are into arduous efforts to get a hold onto these buildings.

To get through this issue, they have taken necessary steps from the state finance department. Also, the finance department has appealed not to place any extra burden on the Jaipur Development Authority. A senior UDH official mentioned that, “Compensation should be paid by the agency, which is acquiring the buildings”.

The UDH department put a bar on the permission of sky touching buildings around the areas the Sanganer airport and state hanger. As per the officials, three sky rocketing buildings are closely situated. Out of these three, two developers constructed the buildings which rose above 15 meters after taking permission from the JDA.

An official mentioned, “Under Section 30 of JDA Act, the civic body has power to revoke the approved permission after paying the compensation to the developer”.

This new section of the JDA will be put for the very first time in the city which will allow JDA to put a bar on the immensely high buildings around the airport area of the city.

Sources also mentioned that, after taking the possession of the area of these built buildings, these will be flattened and in return they will provide the compensation for these. An official mentioned, “The compensation will be assessed by the Public Works Department (PWD)”.

The peripheries of Jaipur city are on the new rise and the area has expended beyond expectations. Earlier, these outer areas were called remote but now they are much included in the city areas.
