Strange times surprise us and leave us in awe or shock. Well, this story will only shock you as it did to us. Recently, a man in Rajasthan tried to get an Aadhar card made in the name of most wanted terrorist of his time, Osama bin Laden.

The police said that a man requested to make an Aadhar card in the name of Al Qaeda founder,  Osama bin Laden who has been one of the dreadliest terrorist of all times. Laden had taken the charge for 9/11 attacks in the United States became the most wanted target for the United States, the country which finally abolished the fatal man by riddling a series of bullets through his head.

Saddam Hussain Mansuri, who runs an Aadhaar Card Registration Centre, filled ‘Bin Laden’ under the name tab in his Aadhar form.

Being an Aadhaar card agent, Masuri who is a resident of Mandal town used Osama’s hazy image for registration purposes. However, the vigilance and proactive nature of Unique Identification Authority of India instantly tracked irregularities in the address.

After seeing a fishy address, the officials reported to the police immediately to initiate instant action.

Police booked Mansuri on Friday evening at the Mandal Police Station. “the application was made accidentally and without any malice,” Masuri reportedly said. Police said the suspect would be detained for questioning.

Additionally, suspicion was also raised because Mansuri had completed his Aadhar form without Iris imaging and thumb print.
