Ola Cabs to provide 10,000 jobs in Rajasthan

As per the recent agreement between Ola Cabs and the Rajasthan Government, 10,000 jobs will be provided to the youth. This initiative has been taken by the autonomous government department. Regarding this, an MoU agreement was signed on Wednesday between Ola Free Technology (Ola Taxi) and the department. It marked the presence of Ola Vice President Gujral Singh Uple and DLB Director Pawan Arora.

A total number of 10,000 jobs will be rendered to the youth of Rajasthan through Ola Free Technology under Deen Dayal Yojna- Antyodaya National Urban Livelihoods Mission. Talking about the details, youth having a car driving license will be trained for 50 hours while those without a license will have to go through a 200-hour training session.

Details of the Job Program by Ola Cabs

The urban youth taking part in the program will receive the salary as well as accommodation facility. For the first three months, they will be given INR 14,000 and later the amount will be increased to INR 18,000. Moving on to the working hours, places, where CNG vehicles are operated, will have 11 hours while the places with petrol or diesel vehicles will be allocated 12 hours.

The training to the urban poor will be provided free of cost by the Ola Free Technology with an aim to make them financially independent.  It’s a great initiative to provide employment opportunities to the youth.
