To make any state developed, education plays a major role. It is a way to strengthen the youth of the state and help them to bring prosperity to the state. Considering this aspect, young ex-IITians have come up with new ventures. Their main aim behind these ventures is to give back to home state. IITians from the state of Rajasthan established few startups in the field of education.

Madhup Bansal, from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi (IIT-D), and co-founder and Managing Director of Myly, shared that they were discussing that if we discussed that if travel, banking, hotels and food can be on phones, why not education? This venture is started with a view to provide a one-point communication between teachers and students.

With the vision to provide around 500 jobs in our hometowns, Qriyo has been started. Rishabh Jain, from IIT, Bombay, and COO of Qriyo, India’s managed home tuition app, claimed to be first of its kind. This has operations in Jaipur, Jodhpur and four other cities of India. Mudit Jain, CEO of Qriyo said that the idea of Qriyo originated while searching for a yoga teacher.

Nishant Patni, founder and CEO of CultureAlley, pursued his education from IIT Bombay. His idea to start a English learning App ‘Hello English’ came with struggle to learn a new language in China. He came up with ‘Hello English’ which is now India’s No. 1 educational app with over 35 million learners.
