Army teams sent for the rescue operations in Rajasthan villages faceing flood like situation

Rajasthan, the most arid state of the country due to heavy rainfall is facing flood-like condition in the eastern parts of the state. More than 40 villages in the south eastern Rajasthan are facing flood-like conditions and are cut off from the nearby areas of the state following incessant heavy rain.

To provide some relief and rescue the people who are stuck there, a team of Indian army has been sent to the affected villages. More than 10 villages of the Alwar district are severely affected by the heavy rainfall. Chambal river in Dhoulpur district is flowing almost near to the danger mark following which alert has been announced in the adjoining areas.
