Rajasthan government is coming up with progressively innovative ideas. Schemes like  Bhamashah Yojna, Annapurana Rasoi Yojna, Annapurana Bhandar are few pioneer examples. Following this, the state government has introduced very first and innovative move through which three girls from Rajasthan were given the degree of ministers for one day on the occasion of National Girl Child Day.

Three girls named, Jashoda Gameti, Sona Bairwa and Preeti Kanwar were honoured with Garima Balika Sanrakshan Samman by Anita Bhadel (Women And Child Development MInister).

After being honoured with the charge, the girls worked on scheme of delivering 10,500 mobiles to Aanganwadi workers and to 282 women supervisors, iPads were distributed.

All of them were informed about the functioning of ministry by Anita Bhadel under one-day child ministers. All three of them put forward their views against child marriage issues.

Ms Bhadel mentioned it like, “We wanted to give a message that girls are no less than boys. If they are given freedom then they can fly high. Society should provide them equal opportunity to grow. It will develop their self-confidence to prove themselves”.

Bhadel also adressed the crowd at B M Birla Auditorium talked about the need of change in the current society notions. She urged them to bring a change in the beliefs related to a girl child.

She promptly mentioned that, state government is coming up with different uplifting schemes for the state. The occasion was accompanied by director of integrated child development services and also Samit Shah, who represents the NGOs.

The first of its kind scheme is an unbeatable attempt made by the state government to bring forth the still preventing ills in the society and put a halt on them.
